Abstract

To mitigate the impacts of rising power consumption and new technologies for distributed generation, microgrids are being developed. Another consequence of this is the expansion of the distribution network to include more microgrids, often known as multi-microgrid systems.

Undoubtedly, renewable generators contribute to today's electrical energy networks. However, when it comes to scheduling, this might introduce uncertainty into the entities' mathematical models. Therefore, the future of a multi-day microgrid is planned using chance-constrained programming in this study. A system operating in an unpredictable setting. The traditional units are being utilized alongside the renewable energy units, which might have negative effects on the environment, such as increasing greenhouse gas emissions..
