Resumen

Its new era of manufacturing where machine tool assembled using new alternate material epoxy concrete to develop mechanical properties in newly developed machine tool structure. An issue related to optimization involving numerous features presents a considerable challenge in determining the optimal solution, due to the varied characteristics inherent among the attributes. A total of 25 distinct experimental trials were conducted, analyzing five specific attributes: resin quantity, aggregate size, sand percentage, shaking duration, and curing duration. This research presents a methodical framework for parameter selection. The TOPSIS method has been employed to convert various responses into a single preference number, referred to as the Multi-Performance Characteristic Index. The ideal machining parameters are determined utilizing the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method. The analysis conducted using the TOPSIS method indicates that experimental run 21 represents the optimal solution, characterized by the ideal machining conditions ofamount of resin 20%; size of aggregate 0.75 mm, 25% percentage of sand, shaking time 20 minute and curing time 18 hours.
