Working with the command line bash gives a lot of control, although mistakes happen quickly if someone combines the wording. Using the Linux terminal in this way act promptly. In spite of this, it is easy to make mistakes without noticing. Even the linux professionals accept that remembering linux commands, or syntaxes may seem like hard work now and then. This paper proposes CommandIQ, a professional linux tool developed to transform common English phrases into usable Bash commands. When the user enters English phrases, this tool accepts the input and then applies two methods FAISS and T5 model. Initially FAISS compares the current input with the previous existing examples that closely fit with what the user requests for. If the query does not match with the FAISS comparision it then moves to T5 model that builds existing linux commands . Together, the presented tool produces a solid linux command what the user expects. The system is tested with around 200 thousand of real world linux command examples and tested with 2,352 english phrases to check the performance and the system produced 91% exact match accuracy compared with existing FAISS and T5 models individually. The CommandIQ tool produced a better accuracy overcoming the existing models in structure way. Overall, it makes tasks easier, quicker, more intuitive - even for new users to perform tasks using terminal.
