The advancement of Industry 4.0 has driven the integration of smart systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), promoting greater automation and efficiency in manufacturing environments. In this context, real-time production monitoring has become essential for supporting decision-making, reducing operational failures, and increasing industrial productivity. Given this scenario, this work aims to develop a frontend interface for intelligent real-time production monitoring, enabling centralized visualization of production indicators, operational events, and AI-based analyses. The methodology involved a literature review on Industry 4.0, definition of the application’s functional requirements, modeling of the system architecture, and implementation of the interface using modern web technologies. The solution was integrated with backend services responsible for collecting data from industrial machines and sensors, as well as applying Artificial Intelligence algorithms for pattern analysis and the generation of smart alerts. The results obtained demonstrated that the developed interface enabled greater visibility of production processes, quick access to critical information, and better monitoring of indicators in real time. The use of interactive visual tools and intelligent mechanisms has helped optimize production monitoring and support preventive measures. It can be concluded that the proposed application has the potential to assist companies in the context of Industry 4.0 by promoting greater operational efficiency on the production line of a factory in the tape industry, faster decision-making, and intelligent integration of production data.
