Implantation of quality tools in the productive process of tucupi and by-products
Abstract
The objective of the study in question was to analyze the productive process of tucupi in a factory in the municipality of Santa Izabel-PA in order to identify through analysis the causes of problems, as well as to propose solutions for them. For this, a case study was carried out at the mentioned company, as well as a large bibliographical revision in order to apply the Analysis and Problem Solving Method (MASP) in the Plan stage of the PDCA cycle together with other quality tools. As a result of this study, the main cause of the problem was delineated, just as a plan of action (5W1H) was elaborated aiming to correct such failure. Finally, it was verified the efficient use of quality tools together, as it enabled the identification of the main failure of the system, as well as the discovery of its respective solution.
