Abstract

History has shown us that in order to produce better in an organization, a refinement and balance between productive processes, technical skills and, above all, greater knowledge of emotional intelligence is necessary, and the perception of the management of this triad is fundamental for the manifestation of behaviors that allow we can achieve personal and professional goals. In this way, this work aims to include in the CKD (Complete Knocking Down) production process, the need to optimize the participation of man in this complex process of high precision through safety protocols and to highlight how necessary is the alignment between technical and emotional. This research is of quantitative-qualitative character and counted with the participation of 32 employees of this company, these with average age between 25 and 50 years. Thus, through the analysis and description of the production process, it was possible to reduce the number of failures in the packaging process from 8% to 1,36%. It was also noticeable the need to elaborate and apply a security protocol at the beginning of the process, as this way, it will be able to maintain the current 95% accuracy and reduce by at least 4% the rework that occurs today.
