For the submission process, authors are required to check all items required for subimission. Submissions that do not conform to JETIA's norms will be returned to the authors.
Attention to the moment of submission the following items:
- Fill in all requested fields on the article submission page.
- All the authors of the work are correctly registered in the platform of the Magazine.
- The contribution must be original and unpublished, and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
- The authors consulted are duly cited and the URLs for the references were informed.
- Figures and tables are inserted in the text, not at the end of the document in the form of appendices / appendices.
- The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in the Guidelines for Authors and in the JETIA magazine template.
- It was sent as Supplementary Document Authorization for Publication of Work
- The identification of authorship of the manuscript has been removed from the file and the Properties option in Word, ensuring the Peer Blind Evaluation.
- Respect for the standards of ethics of research with human beings according to norms in force.
Papers with the following characteristics will not be considered for publication:
Previously published in another journal or scientific / informational journal;
The translation or use of material protected by intellectual property rights;
A critique of engineering technique that does not contribute to the innovation of the subject;
A paper of class notes;
Roles with offensive content for individuals, research groups, products and / or other services;
The concepts and statements contained in the works are the sole responsibility of the author (s).
There is no charge for submission and publication of articles. Being the periodical of free access.
Paper Format
The maximum length of the paper will be 10 (ten) pages, single space, 10 Times New Roman points, including the Abstract (150 words) in Spanish and English, and the keywords (between 3 and 10 words), also in Spanish and in English.
All papers will be evaluated by the pairs indicated by the Editorial Board. Exceptions will be made by the Editorial Board.
The presentation of the work will be done according to the model for presentation of works. "Footnotes" are not allowed due to the Journal provision.
Bellow the title of the article (in Spanish and in English), only the following data of the authors should be included:
Author (s) name (s);
maximum academic or professional qualification;
institutional affiliation of each author (name of institution, without abbreviations or acronyms), city and country;
Email address, if the emails are from the same server, do not group them, write each address complete and separate.
In relation to graphs, tables and figures, they should be organized in their place as "graphic objects" (to make text evaluation easier). Titles of tables, pictures or photos should clearly explain their content.
Numbers, photos, and photos when inserted in Word resolution lose and are therefore only allowed for evaluation. If the paper is approved for publication, authors should send the final paper version, along with corrected files, EPS, TIFF or JPG copies with a minimum quality of 300 dpi, the image format will depend on the program used to save the images. All images must be sent in black and white or gray scale, avoiding polychrome.
The equations should be clearly written, preferably using the Word equation editor and adopting the international system.
When using acronyms, they should be explained the first time the term is mentioned. The same condition must be used to define the variable equations.
In acknowledgments, you can include the role that originated the investigation of the current role and its source of funding.
The references should be placed at the end of the paper, in the format proposed by the journal. Refer to the Reference Guide. Include at the end of the reference the DOI identifier in the references they have.
During the evaluation process, authors may be invited to send electronic or scanned files of any material cited in the text if they appear as citations.
For the purpose of technical evaluation of the submitted work, authors may send the attached material they deem relevant, especially articles published by themselves in relation to the current paper and any other material referenced in the text or that have no space to be included in it.
